AGR33D by MadMooze
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MadMooze LLC, 108 W Crystal Dr, Sanford, FL 32773 ("MadMooze," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the AGR33D app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The short version
- You must be at least 18 years old to use AGR33D.
- AGR33D is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. AI analysis can be wrong, so always check the original document.
- Paid subscriptions, when offered, renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- All sales are final. Refunds are available only where the app store's policies or the law require them.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, MadMooze is not liable for damages from your use of the Service.
- Florida law applies, and disputes are handled in Seminole County, Florida.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is built for reviewing contracts and other legal documents and is not intended for anyone under 18.
You agree to give accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at support@madmooze.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Each account is for one person.
2. Your documents
You keep ownership of the documents and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content, and that doing so does not violate the law or anyone else's rights.
You give MadMooze and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, analyze, format, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, enforce plan limits, and comply with the law. This permission ends when you delete the content, subject to the backup, legal, and security retention described in our Privacy Policy.
3. AI analysis; no legal advice
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted systems to organize and explain information in your documents, such as parties, terms, obligations, payments, dates, and cancellation rights. That analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.
MadMooze is not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer or other professional. Verify important information against the complete original document and get professional advice when you need it. The original document, not an app summary, reminder, or analysis, is what controls.
Reminders are a convenience. They may not be delivered, for example if notifications are turned off, your device is offline, or an analysis missed a date. You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations and deadlines.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the decisions you make using the Service. You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or violate anyone's rights;
- upload content you do not have the right to share or process;
- access another person's account or data;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with the Service's security, plan limits, or usage controls;
- upload malware or disrupt the Service;
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law expressly allows it; or
- use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.
5. Plans, subscriptions, and payment
Plans. The Service offers a free plan and may offer paid plans (such as Plus and Pro) with higher limits. The features and limits of each plan are shown in the app. Until paid purchasing is available in the app, any paid plans shown are for information only and are not an offer to sell.
Purchases through app stores. Paid subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your app store account by Apple or Google. The price, billing period, and what the plan includes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Prices may include applicable taxes as determined by the app store.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your app store account is charged for the next period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. For Apple purchases, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
Price changes. If a subscription price changes, you will be notified as required by the app store's rules, and the new price applies from the next billing period after notice. If you do not agree to a price change, cancel before it takes effect.
Usage limits. Analyses and other allowances included in a plan apply to the billing period they belong to. Unused allowances do not roll over, and they have no cash value.
6. Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel. Cancel through the app store you purchased from: on iPhone or iPad, in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your AGR33D account does not cancel a subscription; you must cancel it with the app store.
What happens when you cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It then ends before the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. After it ends, your account moves to the free plan and its limits apply.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused analyses, downgrades, or cancellations, except where required by law.
App store refunds. Because Apple and Google process payments, refund requests are handled under their policies, not ours:
- Apple purchases: request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to grant it.
- Google Play purchases: see Google Play's refund policy. Where Google Play's policies require us to issue a refund, we will.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
7. Beta and changes to the Service
The Service is currently offered as an invite-only beta. Beta features may be incomplete, change, or be removed. Any complimentary plan given to beta testers lasts only for the period we specify and then moves to the free plan unless you purchase a paid plan.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will try to give reasonable advance notice so you can retrieve your information.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, but excluding your content, is owned by MadMooze or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as authentication, storage, hosting, AI processing, email, app distribution, and payment processing. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to you, and the Service's availability and results may be affected by them. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings. Remember to cancel any subscription with the app store as well.
We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe it is necessary for security or legal compliance, if you materially breach these Terms, or to protect other users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including Sections 3, 6, and 8 through 16, will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL ANALYSIS, SUMMARIES, AND REMINDERS, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MADMOOZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY REMINDER WILL BE DELIVERED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADMOOZE AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF MONEY, PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY; MISSED DEADLINES, RENEWALS, OR CANCELLATION WINDOWS; OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON ANY ANALYSIS, SUMMARY, OR REMINDER. THIS APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE AND MADMOOZE IS HELD LIABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING, OUR LIABILITY IS ZERO. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MadMooze and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you upload, your violation of the law or someone else's rights, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Try to resolve it with us first. Before filing a claim, contact us at support@madmooze.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Where disputes are heard. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Seminole County, Florida, or, if federal jurisdiction applies, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. You and MadMooze consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you live somewhere whose consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, nothing in this section takes that right away.
15. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded AGR33D from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and MadMooze only, not Apple. MadMooze, not Apple, is solely responsible for AGR33D and its content.
- Your license to use AGR33D is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for AGR33D.
- If AGR33D fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to AGR33D.
- MadMooze, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to AGR33D, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that AGR33D or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, MadMooze, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using AGR33D, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Questions, complaints, or claims about AGR33D should be directed to MadMooze using the contact details below.
16. General terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and MadMooze about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
