How do I get an account?

AGR33D is currently in an invite-only beta. Sign-up works only with an email address that has been invited. If you think you should have an invitation, email support from that address.

I forgot my password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address on your account.
3. Open the email from an address ending in @send.madmooze.com on the same device that has AGR33D installed, and follow the link to set a new password.

No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder, then contact support.

Is the analysis always right?

No. AGR33D uses AI to summarize agreements, and it can miss or misread things. Always check important terms, amounts, and dates against the original document. AGR33D is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. See the Terms of Use.

How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store you bought from:

• iPhone or iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then doesn't renew. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. All sales are final; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play under their policies. Details are in the Terms of Use.

How do I delete an agreement?

Open the agreement and tap Delete Agreement. This removes the uploaded file, its analysis, and its reminders.

How do I delete my account?

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data.
2. Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, documents, analyses, and reminders and cannot be undone. Cancel any subscription with the app store first. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
